Welcome to Beautiful People Only ("BPO", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beautiful People Only, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Beautiful People Only, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Creator Terms

4.1 Creator Verification

To create and monetize content on BPO, creators must complete our identity verification (KYC) process. This includes providing valid government-issued identification and any additional documentation we may reasonably require.

4.2 Content Ownership

Creators retain full ownership of their content. By uploading content to BPO, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

4.3 Earnings & Payouts

Creators earn 80% of all revenue generated through subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, and paid messages. BPO retains a 20% platform commission. Payouts are processed weekly with a minimum threshold of $20. New earnings are subject to a 7-day hold for chargeback protection.

5. Fan / Subscriber Terms

As a fan or subscriber, you agree to:

  • Pay all subscription fees and content purchases as agreed
  • Not redistribute, share, or resell any content obtained through the platform
  • Respect creators' boundaries and content policies
  • Report any unauthorized distribution of creator content

6. Content Policy

All content on BPO must comply with our content guidelines. The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Content involving minors in any capacity
  • Non-consensual content or content depicting violence
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Content promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or harassment
  • Spam, phishing, or deceptive content
  • Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

7. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors (Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service. All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform
  • Use automated systems (bots) to access the platform
  • Attempt to download, copy, or redistribute creator content

9. Intellectual Property

The BPO platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Beautiful People Group. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our express written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. For creator accounts, any pending earnings will be paid out according to our standard payout schedule, minus any applicable fees or chargebacks.

11. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for content created or uploaded by users.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beautiful People Group is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
