2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on BPO infringes your copyright, submit a written notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail for us to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with:
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to jurisdiction in North Miami Beach, FL
- Your physical or electronic signature
4. The Digital Theft Penalty ($50,000)
Zero Tolerance
Content theft is treated as a serious offense and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Any member caught leaking, screenshotting, screen-recording, or redistributing creator content outside the platform is subject to:
- Immediate account seizure and permanent ban
- Forfeiture of all account balances
- A $50,000 "Digital Theft Penalty" to be recovered in civil court under Florida law
- Criminal referral where applicable
This penalty is a liquidated damages provision agreed upon at account creation. BPO employs invisible forensic watermarking, automated leak detection, and third-party monitoring to identify content theft.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy (Three-Strike Protocol)
- First offense: Formal warning and content removal
- Second offense: 30-day account suspension and content purge
- Third offense: Permanent account termination, forfeiture of earnings, and potential legal action
BPO reserves the right to bypass the three-strike system for egregious violations.
6. Content Protection Measures
- All content delivered via signed, time-limited CloudFront URLs
- Invisible forensic watermarking embedded in every image and video (tied to viewer identity)
- Right-click and screenshot deterrence on all protected content
- Real-time automated monitoring for leaked content across the internet
- DRM encryption for premium video content
7. False DMCA Filing Warning
Federal Offense Warning
Filing a false or misleading DMCA notice is a federal offense under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Misrepresentation may result in liability for damages, including attorney's fees. BPO will pursue legal action against fraudulent takedown requests.
