This page provides the legal and corporate framework governing Beautiful People Only ("BPO", "the Platform", "we"), a premium digital content platform operated by Beautiful People Group.
1. Corporate Identity
Beautiful People Only is a product of Beautiful People Group, a Florida-registered entity. All references to "BPO," "the Platform," or "we" refer to Beautiful People Group and its authorized representatives.
2. Jurisdiction
All legal relations arising from use of this platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action must be filed exclusively in Dade County or Broward County, Florida, with preferred venue in North Miami Beach.
3. Service Provider Status
Beautiful People Only operates as a "Neutral Service Provider" under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. The platform is the "host," not the "author," of content posted by creators.
BPO does not endorse, verify, or assume liability for user-generated content. The platform acts as:
- A hosting provider for digital content
- A payment facilitator between creators and subscribers
- An operator of third-party logistics for physical goods
4. Regulatory Compliance
BPO maintains compliance with:
- PCI-DSS Level 1 — payment processing via Stripe
- KYC/AML regulations — creator identity verification
- DMCA Safe Harbor provisions — copyright protection
- BIPA (Biometric Information Privacy Act) — biometric security features
- State and federal data protection laws
5. The CC Protocol
All official legal notices are only considered "received" if sent via certified mail to our registered agent at:
Beautiful People Group
North Miami Beach, FL
AND emailed simultaneously to legal@beautifulpeopleonly.com with a mandatory CC to bpmagonline@gmail.com.
Any notice that fails to comply with this dual-delivery requirement shall be deemed void.
6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration in North Miami Beach, Florida, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class-action participation.
