We refer to those users who share content as “Creators” and those users who pay to view Creators’ content as “Fans”. Information you provide to us: From time to time, you may provide us with certain information, including Your Information, such as your name and email address. Instances where you may provide this information, include when you sign up for an account on our Services, fill out forms or fields on or through our Services, sign up for any promotions, or to receive newsletters. Additionally, and while we will not be a party to any Fan/Creator Transaction, because such transactions are facilitated on or through our Platform, we will have access to the applicable Standard Contract between Fan and Creator.

Information we receive from third parties: We may obtain information about you from sources other than you, such as from our payment processing services provider (currently Stripe, Inc.) when you make payments for a subscription to a Creator account or from Creators in respect of your activities on or through our Services, including any Fan/Creator Transaction. Any content or information submitted by you to third parties will be used and disclosed by such third parties in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

You should review the privacy policies and practices of such third parties prior to disclosing information to them. We may also collect information on third-party platforms such as Google AdWords, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc. Additionally, some information we collect is publicly available. For example, we may collect the information you submit to a blog, a chat room, or a social network like Facebook, Mybillboard, Twitter, or Instagram. Information we collect automatically: As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we and third parties acting on our behalf may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information. “Cookies and Other Automatic Tracking Technologies” for more information.

Our Collection Practices with Respect to Certain Specific Information: Device Information. 6. Retention of Personal Data:

We retain personal data for a period of six (6) months after a user closes their account, and certain personal data for longer periods to the extent we deem necessary to carry out the processing activities described above, including but not limited to compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rules and requests of relevant law enforcement and/or other governmental agencies, and to the extent we reasonably deem necessary to protect our and our partners’ rights, property, or safety, and the rights, property, and safety of our users and other third parties. Under applicable law, we are required to retain certain financial information for up to seven (7) years

7. Payment Information:

Payments made by Fans to access content are processed by our third-party payment providers. For example, when you make a payment that is processed by a payment provider, you will provide that third party with your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and security code, which they process and store subject to their privacy policy and terms of service. We do not receive your full credit card number, credit card expiration date, or the security code. Instead, the payment provider provides us with a “token” that represents your account, your card’s expiration date, card type, and the first two and last four digits of your card number. If you are required to provide your name and email address to the payment provider, then they also provide us with that information. Payments issued to Creators for their content are made by BPO using the bank account information that we have collected and stored.

8. Cookies and Other Automatic Tracking:

Technologies Description of the Technologies Utilized on our Services: We may use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our Services, including sending cookies, embedded scripts, web beacons, pixel tags, or other anonymous identifiers to your device, or otherwise track your activities on our Services over time.

We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (a practice known as behavioral tracking). “Cookies” are small web files that a site or its provider transfers to your device’s hard drive through your web browser that enables the site’s or provider’s system to recognize your browser and remember certain information. 11. E-mail Offers:

If you do not wish to receive e-mail offers or other information or communications from us, you can opt out of receiving such e-mail offers or other information or communications from us (other than e-mails or other information or communications related to the status of your job application with us (if any), correction of user data, change of password and other similar communications essential to your transactions on or through our Services) by using the unsubscribe process at the bottom of the e-mail.

Please be aware that it can take up to 10 business days to remove you from our marketing e-mail lists. If you opt out from receiving our marketing e-mails, you may continue to receive certain status e-mails relating to your transactions on or through our Services.
